I think you really need to advertise that your gravy has meat in it! Really not good enough as a vegetarian to be getting home, pouring gravy on my chips and then not being able to eat them!
Good reliable chippy with decent portions and prices. The Kebabs are a decent size too and the two lads who run it are chatty and friendly.
Absolutely delicious Haddock. A fresh delivery arrived 10 minutes before frying. Perfectly done golden crispy batter and 2 Large portions cost 9. I will certainly be going back for more a I can highly recommend The Regal. Thanks. 18th June, 2020.
This restaurant is the best in the city. They do perfect doner meat and chips and the salad is awesome. The staff are very friendly and keep small talk to a minimum, some might say lack of small talk is a sign of a unfriendly place but you'd be wrong they are good people, if you talk to them they will respond back. I am very surprised people in the reviews have given this place 1 star for being unfriendly these owners are harmless and deserve more respect than most people in the High Street takeaways. Please try this restaurant especially the doner meat and chips with salad and chilli sauce you will not be disappointed.
