Manager is completely rude. I went with my dad and you could tell she doesn’t train the staff at all. She needs to retire and let someone young take over because she runs the place like a bad McDonald’s. I’ve heard others have seen her be rude to employees and I believe it after what I saw. She is consistently putting workers down and causing ghetto scenes in the store. Subway should be embarrassed.
This location must have friends/family of the employees posting the reviews bc these good, 4-5 star reviews are not the experience I had and hasn’t been the experiences of everyone I know who has been there. The employees are extremely rude, the manager is hands down the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced in my 25 years in the service industry. I don’t understand why she still has a job unless the owner/company just doesn’t care. Also, when working with the public making and serving food, employees shouldn’t come to work sick. Especially if they are the kind of sick requiring Imodium. I know this bc I heard her on the telephone telling someone “I really need you. I’ll get you Imodium.” If subway/the franchise owners actually want to have a restaurant that scores highly and performs well they need to do an entire overhaul of the reform store. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to corporate bc of the “I’ll get you Imodium” situation. Anything that puts the public’s health/wellness at risk demands higher action immediately.
