Hurled abuse at by member of staff just on entering the car park. For all she knew I could of had my nan in the backseat as she could of been a customer. Then to force my door open and shout at me for it being a 'private' car park, though with no signs stating it, and accusing us of being drug dealers is completely unacceptable and false. How she can work with vulnerable people is an absolute joke. Only thing that needs reflecting on is her position at the company. Would not recommend to anyone as you will get abuse before you even get into the building.

Parked in the Tuckingmill valley car park. (Owned by the park, not by this business). Was shouted out on entrance by a psycho blonde lady who then came over to our car, banging on the window asking us to open the window. Partner explained his window was broken and would not open and she shouted out him to open the door instead. As soon as my partner pulled the door handle slightly yanked it open out of his hands and proceeded to shout and scream about this car park being a private car park owned by this business. Then 'rang the police' and was shouting down the phone stating our number plate and that we were shouting at her (which we never once did) It is not owned by the business. No signs. A public footpath going through it. Nothing on the gov.uk website about it being private. Looks to me like it's just part of the valley park carpark like the rest of it. Very disgusting lady who should not be working with such vulnerable people. I'd be ashamed as the owner/manager of this business to have such a wild dog of a lady representing my company being so aggressive and vicious without aggravation.

Asked us to move from her clearly empty car park causing us to have to park in the road so we could take our 5 year old for a walk in the park
