I requested a pre sale shipping quote for lot 881 in today's sale last week from Mailboxes as indicated on your website. They did not reply. I sent you a follow up request yesterday and you did not reply. Had I had some idea of the cost of shipping the lot, I would certainly have bid considerably more for the lot than the 60 it went for. Due to the total absence of customer service I did not feel at all confident in your services and so did not bid at all. I will also be more than reluctant to bid in future for the same reason. Very poor.

I’ve sold with a few auctions, this one is hands down the best. The fees are fair, staff are extremely helpful and this auction house seems more interested in getting the best price for your items. Some auction houses are quite disinterested but with an array of different auctions from fine arts to general sale Reeman Dansie Auctions is a great place to take your items and a great place to buy from.
I have found that this auction house behaves with integrity. They are careful in regard to their attributions and condition reports. Communication is easy and pleasant. My experience of dealing them has been as a buyer.
