Reeds Rains Estate Agents Stockton on Tees

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I enquired about a rental property advertised at the beginning of this week. Andrea and the team have been so helpful and professional, allowing us to view the property within the week, answering all questions we had and supporting us in every way with our new home search. I cannot recommend this agency enough. If you are a landlord or tenant please give them a call to discuss your needs you certainly wont be disappointed.

Very informative throughout the process of buying our first home. Happy to answer and questions. Quick to organise viewings for us, even during a pandemic. Would definitely recommend the Stockton team. Particular thanks to Andrea and Sue.

I’d like to thank the whole Stockton team at Reeds Rains for doing a great job selling my father’s property in very difficult times. Even during the pandemic they succeeded in getting a very good number of viewings and their marketing of the property was excellent. Particular thanks to Andrea who managed the sale and was a pleasure to deal with. She worked very hard to ensure that the sale moved forward despite all the challenges of 2020. Many thanks also to the member of staff who checked on the house every week while it was empty. This is an excellent service which few other agents offer. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains and would definitely use them again in the future. Clare

I have used Reeds Rains Stockton to sell a rental property for me during lockdown and they have kept me upto date with regular contact. I'm also impressed with their Covid 19 guidelines and advice on how to stay safe whilst showing viewer's around the house. The staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
