I have dealt with reeds rains for at least 8-9 years as a landlord. Reeds rains are extremely helpful and go beyond their job to fit the tenant with the correct landlord. I have never had a problem very professional and reliable service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Being a property developer I have an awful lot of dealings with estate agents for selling, buying and general advice & guidance. In all my experience Reeds Rains Hebburn are ALWAYS 2nd to none. They go above and beyond with customer service and support. When it comes to experience and professionalism they are on the ball. I would never hesitate to use, or highly recommend, them in their area.
The agents are rude and untrustworthy are not reliable. Then for them you have to have good working preferences, that if you don't work in two, the house won't give it to you, really very sad. it does not matter to them how much you earn the amount you pay at the end of the month. They give the house to whoever they want.
Fast / efficient service. Sarah really knows the area which was a big help with the sale. Thank you Reed Rains
Worst estate agents ever to deal with ring and ask for feedback then wont submit your offer because they think it's not enough, is it not there job to submit offers also were complaint when told them work needs doing to property alternative motives within the company
