DAY 1️⃣ 6PM checked in with friendly security guard then in shipping/receiving office and got door right away. 8pm went inside there was only 4 pallets in trailer asked office guy how long it will take to load me he said everyone is on break so 30-40 minutes more because you’re the only truck now. 1 AM after 7 hours of wait i went to office to ask what’s going on. They said we are going to unload those 4 pallets because we don’t have product ready for this load you can go now and come back tomorrow morning and we will load you FIRST. DAY 2️⃣ Dispatch call them to check on product status they said product is ready. Checked in 11:45AM after 10hr reset. Got door at 1 pm They were loading one pellet every 25-30 minutes. Finally at 8 pm got call from office for paperwork. why order trucks if you don’t have product ready friendly people clean restrooms Soda vending machine inside me-n-eds pizza delivers here
