AT&T representative, Illiana was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about my crisis: I received a notice on my phone that my SD card was corrupt!!!! I of course was in a panic mode and Illiana was so gracious and so patient in assisting me in getting me help to fix my phone..... she connected me to a cell phone repair shop... Due to that connection, my phone was perfect again within a couple of hours!!! Miss Illiana is such a great asset to the AT&T Corporation!!!!!
