During the pandemic, most individuals much like myself, unfortunately, got made redundant: Two months later I signed up with Reeds and Alex from Reeds’ team reached out. She found me a Customer Service role which I successfully got two interviews in, and eventually secured a position with the business. Alex was an incredibly helpful individual, very responsive and supportive: Both via email and phone calls, I couldn’t thank you guys enough!!! I would very much recommend!!
During this pandemic, the majority of agencies have been totally unresponsive, both when you apply for a role advertised & acknowledging receipt emailing over a CV. Back in Feb 2020, I registered with a chap called Patrick (Watford) and since then, he has been very consistent with keeping in contact. After getting to know Patrick on a professional and personal level, I feel, he is doing his upmost best to secure myself a new role. Patrick @ Reed has been brilliant, found me two of the best new starts we have ever had. During the recruitment process, I would only receive relevant CV's and I could tell my specifications and company requirements were listened too and understood. I will definitely use again in the future.
