I have been both on the candidate and the employer side of working with Reed. On both occasions I found their service to be exceptional. Whereas with some agencies, their recruiters merely act as administrative go-betweens - organising interviews etc. - with Reed you feel as though you have another expert on your side. As an employer, I received candidates that very closely matched my requirements and were much higher calibre than those found via other channels.
