I have worked with Reed Education Leeds for many years as a supply teacher. Andrea Raven-Hill and the education team have always been exemplary both professional and friendly in finding work assignments. I am writing to express my appreciation at the way they have dealt with the corona virus situation in this anxious and worrying time. When the Government announced school closures, I had an email not long after from Tom Raven-Hill to explain that my school assignment had been cancelled and that Reed would update with more more information when it came. They have regularly updated me on the latest developments and included a personal how are you. This at a time when you are very much on your own and was very reassuring and appreciated. The staff member Emily at REED was extremely supportive throughout my time there and in my opinion went above and beyond the level of consultant. Emily treated me with true compassion and care, particularly when matters that were unforeseen put me in difficult situations. Although I have since found a permanent position in a college, I would recommend REED to anyone who is considering agency work. Their portfolio is wide and robust, with the company working cohesively with many schools and colleges and having many options available. The staff are considerate, flexible and kind and I am grateful for the professional support and care I received whilst working under the umbrella of REED.

My consultant, Emily, was very friendly and easy to get hold of when I needed to speak to her. She used my skills and experience to find me a role which was a little outside of my comfort zone by working in FE rather than Primary. I am loving my new role so far and the team that I get to work with every day. I am also thankful for the consistent income that will see me through over the Easter break.

I've been with Reed since around July / August last year. Ruth kindly found me a temporary job opportunity initially for six weeks and ended up being extended an additional two weeks. This helped as it was over the Christmas period. Ruth was always very accommodating and responsive to email or phone calls. Any questions I had or queries once I was in the placement she was only too happy to assist. I would highly recommend this agency and Ruth for temp work.
