I am new here. However, I want to clarify here that this is a very nice apartment building. If anyone who gripes (translation: tries to twist around what the management says) about this great property then I will gladly point them to where I lived in Miles City, Montana. Trust me, anyone who doesn't appreciate Lakeside Manor can go set up a home where I was charged a rent to the tune of 480 a month! And I didn't have the amenities that I like here...like an indoor mailbox, a glass elevator, a sitting area on my floor, a nice laundry room, cameras, a secure key fob entrance and a local transit bus that comes around to the door every hour. The management has worked very well with me and I look forward to conducting business with them well into the future. The view out of my large window is beautiful! I have even seen a bald eagle soar over the lake. My apartment includes newer appliances and a very nice air conditioner. My front door has a peep hole, there is plenty of storage space, a fast flush toilet, a deep, large kitchen sink and wall outlets (that makes a difference!) too. My apartment has been totally remodeled and well kept. It is so nice that it would even be worth the fair market rental price. But I don't pay that amount! I am very, very grateful and blessed to be here. When I moved into Lakeside Manor, my living arrangement sure got an upgrade!

This is a beautiful place. As with anyone else management has her favorites and allow some to get away with favors and some not. They are allowed to change the lease with any little rule they want. Basically, if you want a low income place to live you have to be willing to follow their rules no matter what they are. Lakeside Manor is a beautiful place it is well kept. Just remember a lot of your rights will be taken from you, management is allowed to talk to you however they want and it is done in front of members of the board.. With public housing you have to be careful to not upset management .They have control over whether or not you stay.they also have someone who does lockouts which means if you get locked out of your apartment they let you in. This lockout key seems to bounce from person to person. Also any email that is sent from you to the management is not private emails. The person who has the lockout key also has a phone with the same email on it so that person whoever it may be can read whatever emails you send to management. With public housing there is no one else you can turn to.I wanted to post this review because I will no longer be able to stand up for myself without fear of losing my apartment. Also as long as something is posted about something being done in your apartment anyone can come into your apartment you have no say so. . GOODLUCK
