Very welcoming. Very professional staff who ensure your stay is everything you want. Outstanding food quality. Bar service superb. Cocktails in abundance and all made fresh for you. Room comfortable with a modern en-suite. Highly recommended

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. The whole hotel is beautifully designed and spotless clean. They are dog friendly and that doesn’t just mean they allow dogs in, they also offer blankets and bowls on checkin or have them already in your room if they know upfront you’re bringing your pooch. We took advantage of a special deal which included dinner and breakfast - both was plentiful and delicious. We live in Cornwall but will definitely be back for a nice little pampering.

Great hotel in Redruth (probably the best in the wider area in.my opinion), good friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced and people come from far and wide for food (which was really evident during the government's \eat out to help out\ campaign. There is also a spa with small gym, and pool, jacuzzi etc. I stay there nearly every week for at least one night, have done for months now, can't fault it. Good central Cornwall location for enjoying both coast lines and visiting most of what Cornwall has to offer within easy travelling distance.

Dog frendly, when we arrived there was a dog blanket an 2 bowls. French doors leading to large garden. Breakfast and dinner was really tasty. Have stayed before and will stay again Claire Kelly
