Shop is great, prices are very competitive, range of products is excellent. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, though anything that requires a supervisor or senior member of staff can be disappointing as some of them come across as abrupt and disinterested in customers. Loads of parking, very spacious and well laid out. Cash machine outside. Post box inside.

Issues with the cafe of late. On the 10th August we went in for breakfast and the food was not up to scratch the cola from the self pour machine was flat, the grilled tomatoes were raw looked like they were not even an attempt on cooking them. The mushrooms were overcooked as they were really black. The eggs were undercooked, the hash browns were full of grease and tasted stale. Also the fried bread was stale, the bacon was grey and the sausage was full of grease. Finally the cutlery was dirty so we had to get new cutlery. We decided to go back to Morrisons cafe today to see if they were just having a bad day. However, not much improvement, we had a completely different meal. Firstly the mushy peas had a hard skin on them, the fish was bland and extremely greasy, the table was dirty and it looked like there was a dirty chip from the bottom of the fryer on the plate. Finally there was broken glass on the floor which was failed to be cleaned at all.
They are following the covid rules, got what I came in for, helped by two employees to find what I needed, cashier was polite, from start to finish of transaction and thank you, and said have a good day
We went to shop and also to the cafe. The store was clean and reasonably busy. We had no problem getting the items we wanted. The cafe was a little quieter than normal, it just meant your meal was delivered a bit quicker. Saying that, they are always run off their feet, I think they are understaffed.
The supermarket is good, well stocked with friendly staff, the facilities are always nice and clean, however the car park often has inconsiderate people who park in the parent and child, meaning people with small children who need the spaces often have to park and walk from further away.
