Very poor service. Did not ring me to tell me about my car. I had to ring them. First MOT was told ABS fault would cost 400 , unable to tell me what the problem was. I took it to another garage who fixed it for 70 and diagnosed the problem straight away. Returned the car to the MOT as all issued fixed. I had no call, I called. They said they had to abandon the test as fuel flowing out of the engine once on the ramp and put it back on their parking area. When I picked it up it had been moved across a fuel station to the other side. I could not see a leak at this time. I was given the keys and told to leave after asking then where the leak had originated from. They could not say other than the engine. On getting home and looking again I saw a drip from the bottom of the fuel filter housing. If I could see it with an unqualified eye, how could a qualified mechanic not tell me where the leak came from. To be honest you HAD to know where it came from in order to see it. I would definitely NOT recommend this garage.

Had a traction control light come on with the engine stuttering went to this garage they changed a Servo Pressure Sensor paid 250 to find out the problem was not gone i went back to the garage they said that they removed a fault from the computer but they think its the timing chain and that i should fix that. I said that they misdiagnosed the problem and i should get a refund or they should fix it which they replied saying they removed a fault from the computer and this is a different problem. I went to the BMW specialist garage and they said it was the driveshaft straight away not some sensor or chain although the chain is noisy but that is not the problem with the traction control light coming on.
