Used to be KC windows. Not sure what happened to them. Can't go in at the moment which makes it tricky to make sure you have the right part. I used to take the old part in. Either way the website gives plenty of details and measurement which helps. Service is quick as I got my part within a day. You can contact via e.mail if you need to get further information

Excellent service. I have received my order very quickly, however the number 2 ive ordered for my door was damaged in the post. Ive got in touch with JCP Hardware and they apologised severely and i have received a new number the following day by post. I would highly recommend them.

I order the wrong window gasket and JC Plastics had no hesitation in accepting the return and sending out a replacement even though the gasket had been cut to my required length. Emails were promptly replied to so all parts of the service were excellent and I will used their service again.

I was going to JCP Hardwares website but my Norton internet security flagged it as a dangerous site and advised me not to visit. Is this a mistake by Norton? Do JCP know they are flagged as dangerous? Gave it 3 stars but this is meaningless - I had to put something to post this message!
