Asked Aaron to install Windows 10 on a laptop that everyone else said couldn't be done. Well, success and Aaron took a laptop in part exchange.as part payment. Also cleaned another laptop and added increased Ram. Great service and work and very, very reasonable. Thank you Aaron.

Took in an I pad mini for new screen, came back with a fault of shutting down, took it back, told it was repaired as a joint had been missed, But, we then realised that it gets red hot, and then drains the battery immediately. Took it back, told that it might be a faulty screen and something to do with not getting the connections right, no problem, will get a new screen for Monday and call you........two weeks later, nothing, phone goes to answer phone or says switched off, countless e mails go unanswered, premises appeR to be closed, Any chance if a refund as the i pad is unusable and dangerous.

Dropped my phone in on a Monday as it was stuck in a restart loop, was told he would have a look later the same day. Attempted to contact on Facebook from Wednesday/Thursday for an update but didn’t receive any replies, and calls / voice mails left during working hours were not responded to. Finally got through to him on the Friday and just got the response ‘I can’t fix it’, so I attempted to gain some more information but was met with being hung up on (maybe he was busy or a mistake, not sure on that one). I do see good reviews so maybe it was a one off or a bad week, appreciated the time nevertheless.
