Very poor from start to finish. Man on the phone talked down to me and the quality was very bad. I found southwest laundries to be cheaper and much more welcoming.
Setting up account as new business couldnt be easier, rung on monday, met on monday, all set up,completed and signed off following friday. No messing up, straight to the point. So far so good, hope the service will be as smooth,

Utterly useless!! Have our mats and overalls laundered once a week. Often they don't turn up or only have part of the items. Each time you call thei head office they promise to give a call back but nothing happens. Jess in particualr has an awful attitude and the transport manager Kirsty is no better. Maybe Berensden should have a lesson or two in customer services and also how to run a business

Pity you don't have the option for Zero Stars ! No collection for 3 weeks no managers to talk to. Customers services admitting they have no answer. Stay away from this company at all cost they will let you down.
