Avoid. Awful customer service both times I've used them. I was promised a call before both large deliveries, which never materialised. On the second order, they had the pallet on-site for 6 days and denied all knowledge of it. I had paid for delivery within 3 days. I had to chase multiple times. When it was finally conceded that they had my pallet, I asked for a prompt delivery due to the excessive wait. It was as if I'd insulted the call handler's grandmother, such was the shock that I'd asked for speedy delivery. Very unhelpful. Very amateurish.

They are really quite good - until they make a mistake and lose a parcel. Then, do NOT expect them to take any responsibility at all. Over the phone they will admit that they lost or damaged a parcel but then obsinately refuse to compensate for it. I'm so tired of chasing them but I'm going to persist out a matter of principal.

They picked up the wrong parcel and delivered it to us, said we'd get discount due to this & charged us full price anyway. They now won't even respond to my request of having a VAT receipt... not very professional, especially as I was dealing with the General Manager, Ross Coppinger. If I could give no stars I would!

APC should ditch this company as a partner. Lost my stock, laughed at me when I asked for it returned, didn't deliver other stock and didn't even contact me to say it was in their depot then got a smug response saying they'd tried contacting me. Terrible service and office staff attitude. (Very nice drivers)

Apalling - they just didn't turn up! I was told it was because I had an outstanding balance of 14.40 (they'd misentered my card details weeks ago) .They then claimed I'd been contacted about the debt by voicemail but hadn't responded. Absolute tosh...I'm afraid to say I swore at that point. Not my first poor experience (they screwed up export paperwork to the US in June) so I won't be using them again.

Emailed on the 5th June saying that they had attempted delivery and would try again - tried again on the 7th, i received an email saying the item had been delivered (400 worth of tickets) at 12:00 - I've phoned them to say the item hasn't been delivered - the response i got was "The envelope was small the driver lost it" not a care in the world - told i would have to contact the company, I said that they had lost them they'd have to contact them and call me straight back.. still nothing.
