Without a doubt the worst chemist I have ever been too over 45 min just to get in Rubbish avoid if possible...
Very busy lately. Large queues and a long wait to collect items. 3 times now I've not had the usual text reminders to collect my repeat prescriptions, which are really helpful. Political staff and a good selection of stock.
Been using this pharmacy since it was incorporated into the surgery with no problems and with excellent caring staff however, for the last month the standard of service has plummeted with the introduction of new/temporary staff. Twice in July i have waited in excess of 30 minutes for prescriptions that had been ordered 10 days earlier only to be told they had not come through but then changed their mind when presented with proof that the prescription was actually there but no one had looked at it. I no longer get texts to tell me my order is ready (probably because they did'nt know i had 4 prescriptions due to be made up). I am now going on to Boots website to repeat this review.
Always very helpful and friendly can not wish for anything better
I have been trying to help my 95 year old Dad sort out his prescription. Boots miss items off precription then say they'll deliver them (at a charge) then fail to do so. . This is a disgusting way to treat old and vulnerable people Unable to contact them on phone as line is broken
