I have to say the worst delivery service I have even experienced! Every delivery they have had for me hasn’t arrived on the day, let a lone in the time slot. Impossible to speak to anyone, when you get though was told I’d be phoned back, no phone call comes. Terrible company or branch. Redruth APC are useless avoid.

Worst company I have ever dealt with been calling since Tuesday to find out where my package is no one is answering not able to change my time slot not able to leave it in a safe place been messed around so much

Got no response to the phone, sent an e-mail to add to delivery instructions. They were transmitted to the driver. Problem solved. It was a key for a holiday cottage. Noticed it missing at 15:00 on Wednesday, my guests dropped it in their local APC Depot in Dunstable and I had it in Cornwall by 16:00 on Thursday. Good service.

I was 4 minutes behind the driver. No sign of the parcel and no note saying he'd delivered it elsewhere. On contacting the company by e-mail they said the driver had left it in a safe place on the doorstep. I also had confirmation by e-mail that it had been delivered. Impossible. I await the outcome but use this company with extreme caution.

AVOID This is the most unreliable and unprofessional and unresponsive company I have ever been involved with, they had 2 of my parcels to deliver to me the parcels were at the depot first thing on Tuesday 15th September and by Friday 18th September no attempt had been made to deliver my parcels(12miles). On Saturday 19th September an independent company had to be drafted in by the company I ordered the goods from to go to the Redruth depot and retrieve my 2 parcels and deliver them to me. Make sure you never order goods that are going to be delivered by APC DASH REDRUTH DEPOT You would think that they would have the decency to appologise, well perhaps not. I don't think they should have been given 1star.

I have been on both ends of APC's service. I waited 4 days for a a parcel to be delivered from only the other end of Cornwall which was supposed to be next business day. No one on the phones so had to wait a day for an email. Tracking service just showed the parcel apparently sat in the local depot for 2 days. So, four days of being stuck in waiting for a delivery. Now here I am again waiting for them to collect the same parcel for return. Supposed to be today, stuck in again and nothing. Update: they did collect at 5pm - why they can't send out a text or email like every other delivery company manages to?!
