Very professional staff. Lovely presented site and ample parking for our visit. Very clean and lots of precautions put in for COVID. Mel, our representative couldn’t have helped us any more. She was able to answer all our questions in detail, and was very warming and welcoming. We immediately fell in love with the site, and the homes!

Have had some snags in the purchasing process but these have been rectified in full through the faultless sales office, very attentive. I would feedback (this has been discussed face to face) that the call centre need to give call backs if they are promised. So far so good.

My wife Ethel and I visited this establishment, as our granddaughter has purchased a Warwick design here. I must say it looked very impressive as we drove in and we where greeted by a lovely young lady named Melanie, she was quite exquisite. The show rooms where wonderfully designed and It was fantastic to see the separate utility rooms. My only grumble was that Melanie kept mistaking our name, it's Smyth, not Smith, however I'm confident our granddaughter will be very well looked after in her new home.
