As someone with a very nervous disposition, buying a house was a monumental ordeal for me... until I met Vanessa E at Redrow. To borrow a phrase from somewhere else, Vanessa didn't sell me a house, she helped me buy one! Straight out the gate, Vanessa was an absolute delight to talk to. Answered all of our (sometimes stupid) questions and walked us through every step of the buying process. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out for us. If there was an issue with anything, she was on it in a shot. Once we had agreed to the house, we were introduced to Jean who gave us the guided tour of our new property and she was equally brilliant, making us feel totally at ease and making sure we knew we were in good hands. I don't want to leave out Claire M who has been with us every step of the way now that the sale has gone through, ensuring that everything is being dealt with and any issues are picked up. So from John and Tanya, \THANK YOU\ to the whole Redrow team for making one of the biggest steps in our lives a smooth one. Would absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
