Our security system was installed by the previous owners/tenants many years ago. We tried a couple of technicians before En Tech and none was able to make it work. Ben was knowledgeable of all systems (old and new). He was very courteous, professional, and had the patience to make our old system work like a brand new one, which saved us the hassle and the cost of buying a new system. It is very rare these days to find professionals who are not greedy nor would take advantage of a situation! All system operators have showed great responsibility--we were called instantly whenever our alarm went off! We highly recommend En Tech for their genuine care and professionalism.
