I was a returning customer for the 3rd time (I had previously purchased a vinyl cutter and a heat press for myself). I wanted to purchase the same heat press I had for my son for his birthday. I placed the order from their website, and since the billing address and shipping address were different, they sent an email requiring further verification. They asked for a picture of my license and reason why shipping and billing addresses were different on the order. I saw the email a few days later, and I replied back to the email. But they had already cancelled my order, so I placed a new order. However they cancelled my new order as well without giving me any reason. I called their number numerous times over the past few days only for them to tell me they WILL NOT process my order due to many “irregularities”. I told them I had purchased from them twice using the same credit card, only this time shipping address was different, they were not interested and claimed they WILL NOT process the order anyways. I have been dealing with them for the past 10 days or so, and they made everything so much more difficult for me. Terrible customer service and support! They do not care at all, and they treated me like I was some criminal scammer! Would not recommend their business whatsoever.
Unfortunately US cutter has really go down hill over the past year and a half. Customer service ticket answered after 4 weeks, then the tickets get cancelled out and you are told to call after another 3 week wait. They updated their cart which has some annoying characteristics during check out. If you have another option for purchasing vinyl cutters or material it would probably be a good idea to look elsewhere.

Calling the customer service line is a joke. I was on hold 30 minutes, spoke to someone about my order, then put on hold another 10 minutes. Nothing was resolved as they’d shipped my order to an incorrect address and then blamed the mistake on me. I’ll never do business with this company again.
Such a good service!! Michael knows a lot about all the products and how to use them.
