I just purchased an Interstate 16X7 dump trailer from TrailersPlus in Redmond, Oregon. The shop manager, Miles, was not only an expert in his field, he was also a father so we instantly related as I am a new father as of four months ago. Miles helped make the purchase experience as easy as possible and answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones) and made me feel completely confident before leaving the property, especially when he knew I had a 4mo old sleeping in her car seat( and when they sleep, you don't wake them) and a two hour drive ahead of me. Can't say enough about his level of customer service. I would definitely refer friends and family to that location.

Got the trailer that we have been looking at for a while. Bo and Miles are highly professional and walked us through every step of trailer safety and maintenance. Very satisfied with the entire process.
