Best online Indian store. Has the freshest of items, and super fast delivery. Have to sometimes improve on delivery accuracy but great team, excellent selection and service

Update: The customer care reached out to us and the order arrived in multiple parts a day later. Updated the review. We ordered from shoperies for the first time to save time during the covid situation. There were quite a few problems with the order and communication. I have listed down a few below and I am not even going to talk about how bad their App or online order website was. 1. The order delivery status in the App showed the items would arrive same day. However the items didn’t arrive and there was no email or text order confirmation sent us with the estimated arrival. We had to email customer service and someone responded back that they lll arrive the next day. We are fine with a delay given pandemic situation, but however this should have been communicated to us properly with an order confirmation 2. More than half of the items were missing in the order. The order status incorrectly showed a lot of items were packed and delivered however what arrived was only fresh vegetables. The remaining items arrived a day later in two separate deliveries and didn’t reflect in the app order status. 3. We weren’t again sent a communication of the missing items or given a refund automatically. Here I am trying to contact the customer care through email and phone to get a response. The updated bill arrived few days later Overall this had been a waste of our time as we could have gone to the store, for the time we spent in ordering and follow up. Would not recommend this service to anybody who wants to order online to save time like us.

One of the reliable place to get almost fresh veggies. We have been placing orders for veggies here since lock down and are totally satisfied with quality. Would love if they could expand variety of items and brands to pick. Totally recommend for any who are looking for Indian veggies. Prices are competitive. Shouldn't notice much difference in prices when comparing with other stores

Have been ordering from this place for last 2 years on and off; we don't have a car and it's not easy to drive to the eastside. The products are mostly good, but once in a while the consumables turned out to be rotten/stale. The customer service is extremely defensive to accept negative feedback. They start putting blame back on the customers and not ready to accept. They also ask for all sorts of proofs. We ordered some fruits that turned out to be rotten when we used them. I called the customer service and informed them; rather than apologizing, they are saying that we need to report this within 24 hours. How can you expect me to use all my grocery in 24 hours, cut every fruit and see how it is inside. really bad. Produce quality is bad.

I think the products they sell is in general of better quality than the brick and mortar based Indian grocery stores selling online. e.g. We used to purchase Okra online from a brick and mortar grocery store in the Bellevue area and had a consistently bad experience with those. But it was pleasantly opposite with Shoperies. They even honored our return when we didn't like the wheat flour we purchased from them. I believe their business relies on a consistent good customer service, quality good products, and customer trust just like Amazon. As opposed to the traditional brick and mortar shops that rely on their location to bring in customers. In that case those folks don't have enough incentive to hold on to their customer trust and innovate when necessary.

I've used shoperies a few times. Its probably one of the few places that does delivery of seasonal fruits like Lychee, Jackfruit . No other grocery store does a free delivery for a minimal order amount. Their customer service is highly responsive and efficient in handling issues.

They are very good, all groceries were good quality and correctly priced they deliver within a day or two so that’s a plus.
