Quality Heating did a fantastic job on 2 projects for me. They installed a new heater on one job and were timely, professional, clean and gave me a good price on the new system. On the second job, they installed a new Trane heat pump and air handler and were very good about all details in the job. The value of the system they quoted me was excellent, the salesman I dealt with, Brain, was both very professional and knowledgeable, and the company made the overall experience seamless for me ( I live in a different state). The company is a real five star business!

These guys installed a mini split ductless unit in our home today. They were very professional and very nice guys. They treated us very well and were super sweet with our big dogs. I would recommended d them to anyone.
We had Quality come out and do routine maintenance of our house HVAC system. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also explained what he had done and what we could continue to do. Great Service!! Highly recommend
When I called I told them the name and model number of my unit as well as what was wrong with it, I even took pictures. I was unable to fix it myself as I work out of town during the week when stores are open. They said they had someone in area who could stop by. The guy looked at it, told us the name and model number and what was wrong with it, which we already knew. He said he couldn't fix it, but gave us a bill for 200 for service call, trip fee, and diagnosis. Then, with my wife and baby in snow with no heat, he offered to sell a new unit for 4,000. I took off work, bought the 50 part and fixed it myself. These people are pure evil.
