No option for zero stars? First, the young man at the register was incredibly rude, very cold, I felt like I was bothering him. And when I got my latte, it tasted burnt, not any better than a middle-of-nowhere gas station coffee on a long drive. I definitely don’t recommend!

Cute little clean coffee shop with baked goods. The coffee is great and the service is friendly and helpful. 4/5 stars because: They no longer serve breakfast, so if you’re looking for that amazing breakfast sandwich they don’t have them anymore. Only 1 bathroom and slightly over-priced compared to other cute little coffee places.

Excellent coffee and friendly service. Spaced out indoor seating, and outdoor seating in front of the shop as well. Highly recommend.
Decent coffee. Decent tea. Excellent yogurt bowl with honey. A most excellent waffle, even with no toppings. Customer service was great. WiFi worked as advertised.
Our family was passing through the town and stopped for coffee at Proust. When we entered, the employees were extremely welcoming and friendly, and we ordered a mix of coffee, hot chocolate and pastries to go. The combination of homemade syrups, locally sourced organic milk and fresh roasted coffee beans made for one of the best coffees I have ever tasted. The pastries were all delicious and we later went back to order even more! This friendly family- owned coffee shop is a must- have stop in Redmond.
