I am always happy with this store. They take time to help and they always do a good job when working on my bikes. I have purchase 5 bikes from them and have always had a good experience. I will say they are very busy sometimes but still happy with service.
Unpleasant staff and a bit hotheaded. We did not enjoy our experience today and don’t plan on returning. The prices were fine but I’d rather pay more to feel like someone genuinely wanted to help
They *definitely* don't deserve a 1-star review, however, I "hate" to be the bearer of bad news. They *totally did not* take three more days than they said they would to fix my bike. They *obviously did not* have terrible customer "service", and *most definitely* were not impatient with me, despite me always staying calm and polite. They "took a look" at it two times before this, and only oiled the chain, and *never* spotted this MAJOR ISSUE WHICH MADE MADE MY BIKE PRACTICALLY UNRIDABLE. They totally did *not* overcharge us. The mechanic totally *did not* do half of what he said he would do to repair it. I am *extremely pleased* with their *excellent* "service" and "integrity".
Just took my bike in to get everything running right again after winter break getting ready for spring. Service was amazing as usual, even had a few new accessories on the shelves if you were looking for something to spice up your biking. Looking forward to coming back for mid summer tune up.
Had a spectacular experience at this shop. When my handlebars worked loose, they put it back into place and tightened everything up for me, no charge! Bought a hex wrench from them so I could do my own tightening if necessary. They were all very nice and down-to-earth people. The little time I spent in there was something little found in this day and age. Highly recommended and will be taking my bike there in the future if it needs something done. :D
It is a good store, except Performane just filed chapter 11. The store may be closing in January. Everything is on clearance.
Really good place. Very knowledgeable staff who are beginner-friendly. I had a good experience buying my first bike from here. Was able to go get a few minor post-purchase adjustments done quickly.
