I'm a Panera Bread loyal. Love the quality and their customer service. Yesterday after spending around 40 dollars and waiting to spend a great moment there, I realized they have dropped the quality a lot. The broccoli chador soup's broccoli was hard and under cooked, the cheese was hard and quality of the chicken was awful. I will never go back there again.

The Mac and cheese used to be creamy and delicious. Some time during 2020, it changed to being consistently powdery and inedible (pictured). Please change it back to the way it was before.
Panerai is always a good lunch for the family. My son loves their Mac and cheese. This is not your Kraft Mac and Cheese. This is real cheese and cream. So yummy. I usually have a few bites of his. I had the Asian Chicken Salad. Its always my go to salad. It's fresh and clean and their dressing is just the perfect amount of sweet and sour.
Everything tastes absolutely delicious every time regardless if its breakfast or lunch.
The bread bowls are delicious and very affordable. Great as a cheap meal option.
