Kohls Redmond is an official Amazon return site. In this covid distanced masked experience, you have to give their procedures high marks. Their goal is on safety for all. The required customer patience is necessary. The Kohl's shopping experience is not diminished We returned Amazon and purchased some great bargains on baby clothes.

I mostly visit for Amazon returns which is very efficient here. Overall clean store. I've tried a few Kohl's own brand apparel and they are generally good quality. Toys are usually not well organized and found on floor many times.

I think kohl's is alright. They have decent clothes for not too much. There's never much of a wait and the store looks pretty straight. I often go here to return amazon stuff.

Other than it being a bit of a drive from my home, it's a fantastic department store with tons of great products for sale! I bought a new belt, a few pants and a pots & pans set. Diverse product lines. It's a huge store with some great Sales! I got in on some clearance items. Worth the drive.....plan on spending some time in this large store!

I love this location. I live in Everett and drive to this location because they have really great customer service. I also love I can return my Amazon purchases here too! No hassle. I wish my receipt said who helped me at the register this last time. Because her customer service was absolutely great. She explained some things to me about having a khol’s card that I had no idea about. She took the time to explain it to me. Sometimes you don’t realize how much such a small conversation can help with someone’s day. And a little bit of help she provided goes a long way.
