size is compact and easy to attach to a keychain holds a charge for a long time (2 weeks /-) The notifications are good -Unfortunately the location was spotty in our area. My mother has dementia and wanders, so accuracy is paramount. Typically showed my mom's location within 3 miles of her actual location. When away from the house out of our small town it was pretty spot on. So, I chose to return it and customer service was friendly, understanding and helpful, sent me a return label and refunded 100% of the purchase price (not the initial shipping fee) -there is no way to contact the company except for in email -there is no response on weekends so the 21 day return policy is a challenge In summary, this is a good device, but locating wasn't accurate for our area.

The iTraq device is well made and small enough to use anywhere. It has multiple possibilities. It can be tracked by several modes. The wireless charger is really nice. Their customer support is one of the best I have encountered. They are responsive and thoughtful. If you need a small tracking device you should definitely consider this one.

I bought these from Indiegogo when they were starting up. It is a great device, reasonable size for what it does. Having an external 12V hookup would be ideal for boats / cars / RV's. Putting them in luggage or anything that needs to be tracked is great! I am not sure that the original ones will work once 2016 is over, something about the demise of 2G. So purchasing replacements is just not in my budget.

I had a problem with the Itraq battery life. The Itraq needed recharging every other day. When I contacted the support group, they offered suggestions to get a longer battery life, then recalibrated the battery. I now to not have to recharge as often. I am very impressed with the Itraq support group. It installs confidence in the product when the support group is so helpful!

EN -- sorry for my bad english-- attention fraudsters .... I ordered 3 itraqs the first campaign indiegogo but still I got nothing I tried to contact them through email and opening 2 ticket, but did not receive any answer. CAUTION CROOKS !!!! ITA -- attenzione truffatori.... ho ordinato 3 itraqs alla prima campagna indiegogo ma ancora non mi è arrivato nulla ho provato a contattarli tramite email e aprendo 2 tiket ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. ATTENZIONE TRUFFATORI!!!!

Do not deal with this company. After 14 months of pre-sales, their product still doesn't exist, and when it does it will expire after 6 months of usage. Very deceptive advertising. Stay away.
