This computer shop was great. Even though they couldn’t solve my problem or fix my computer, they were friendly and knowledgeable and did what they could to help me. The person who helped me ended up working through lunch to trouble shoot my computer. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank You Last year at Best Buy in Bend ,OR. A geek squad member told me that High Desert Computers, in Redmond was a good company. Yesterday, I called them to have my desk top computer cleaned, I was told to bring it in, I could wait and that it was free!! I brought the computer in, the work was done and no charge. WHO DOES THAT TODAY? I hope that I have no issues with my computer, but if I do I will be calling High Desert Computers (Edited December 05, 2020)
People were super nice and fixed my MacBook in two days!! Updated it to the newest iOS when it is a 2011. Very affordable price for such good service. Definitely recommend this place over any other computer repair!!!

These people are so fantastic. I have been doing business with Chris and Henry for many years. So many personal things on a computer and I trust them all with it without any hesitation. They have helped me and consulted me on many issues without charging me outrageous pricing.
