This used to be my go to place to buy and sell cards. They have gone so far downhill that they will have to earn my business back. I paid for RUSH shipping for thousands of dollars worth of cards that I’ve been purchasing over a two year period. Some of these are timing critical in order to cash in on hot prospects. They are not even close to getting these out safely, and in a timely manner. Now they don’t even have an option for toploaders. This is a very scary situation in an industry where cards are extremely condition sensitive. I hope they can right the ship. It is inexcusable that they are continuing to take orders without processing the backlog first. Be warned

Extremely quick to take your deposits and payments, yet they make you wait 4 to infinity days to pay you your money. They have the time to send snarky email replies quoting their website but not time to hit send on a payout request? They go as far as blaming the pandemic for their nonsensical policies. What a joke.

What happened to this place? They used to be really great years ago! I recently submitted a bunch of cards for grading. About 2 months later, the cards show back up in my account with NO grade or encapsulation?! All that money I paid to get my cards graded to where all I get back are a few notes... "some minor corner wear here".... "rough edges". Gee, thanks for nothing! I have done business with COMC since they day they opened. With that said, however, I'm done with them, as I won't be sending them any more of my cards. I guess I'll just stick to selling/trading with friends, having a yard sale, or maybe having an occasional ebay sale if I have something really good. Adios!

Slowest shipping on plant earth. Actually they might not ship out your item at all. I will be filling a case & will get my money back. Enjoy your 11 feedback you will be getting. Which your eBay feedback is dropping fast I notice in the past months. You all have time to list tons of new stuff but sure not mailing it out. What a terrible company

Do not waste your time or money. They will take your money and then never send you your order. They do not reply to emails until they are forced to buy eBay. They say they are trying to grow their business and other factors is why they won't ship your order. After being told to fix the problem by eBay and just ship your order. They just cancel your order. This company is a joke and a scam. It's not hard to take an invoice, pull the order, package it, and ship it. If you read their reviews on eBay and Google you will see that this is a repeating occurrence. Just don't do it.

Very poor service, no phone service and no one responds to emails. I paid for expediting shipping for 2 requests on 2/12/21 and 2/18/21 and they still have not shipped or responded to emails. BEWARE of purchasing anything from COMC until they straighten their act up. They have gone DARK!!!

They will ship your eBay purchases because eBay keeps them responsible. However if you buy from their website expect to wait months. This company is going down faster than dogecoin

Will never buy from this company again. I’ve purchased well over 1,000 (maybe even much more) within the last year. If the customer has to email you and message you from their eBay website without a response for over three weeks and then tell you that they will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission for lack of non-compliance and gross negligence with your own policies, then it’s time for your company to get out of the business. Your insolence and lack of follow through with your customer service is why this problem is occurring. The sad thing is that COMC used to be a great company. However, until you have internal issues resolved, you’ll never have an upward swing. Customers is what makes any business. You just lost one of your more loyal individuals.
