Estimator came out for a flooring estimate and was pleasant. I called several times to get a copy of the estimate and they said they would email it to me. After 8 calls over a 3 week period, they kept telling me they would email it to me but same nothing showed up in any of my email folders. I called again and asked if I could just come by the office and pickup a copy of the estimate. Their answer was they weren't taking on any new projects. Wow! You come out to my house and do an estimate and then tell me you aren't taking any new work. I suspect some dishonesty when they said they were gonna email me the estimate, then when I say I'll come to the office and get a hard copy they tell me they aren't taking any new projects, I asked for the estimate anyways and they said no.
