At first I was skeptical but the people at BearCom proved me wrong. Our healthcare organization, which relies on communications at the front line in helping our patients to and from parking. The previous Motorola DTR-650, was recently discontinued, so we purchased the new DTR-700, which look great, work's better and smaller too. But getting it to program backwards to match the DTR-650 is a pain. They sent their tech out from Redmond to Downtown Seattle, he programmed all of our DTR-650 radios to communicate with the new model. I definitely would recommend this communications company.
