I have worked for BASX for about 8 months now and have had a wonderful experience. I work personally for Robert (the shop supervisor) who is a great manager and a team player. He also helped start Huntair in 1992 and worked there for 17 years in the same position he has now at BASX If you're a hard worker, your work won't go unnoticed. This is a very busy, growing company with a great team. The shop started with about 12 employees and in two years we are up to about 200, which is very exciting but also stressful at times! If you are ever interested at working at BASX, it is a very demanding job and you have to want to work. We have a very diverse group of people and make everyone feel welcome no matter your ethnicity, religion..etc. If you know someone with a great work ethic this is a great opportunity. We are always hiring and looking for new hard working people. Also keep in mind, I was reading some of the reviews. It is very unfortunate that disgruntled former employees can percieve a great company to be less than that. Maybe before a former employee(s) leaves a horrible review trying to tarnish a good company's reputation, they should take a hard look in the mirror to see why they personally were let go.

I enjoy being an employee at Basx solutions. I was offered the opportunity to learn new skills and expand the skills I brought with me. Many of us here at Basx worked for huntair in Tualatin. We all bring experience to this team that produces a quality product. Sometimes there are long hours and tight deadlines, but the plant manager , the supervisors and lead men. All push and encourage our employees to work hard . To have a sense of pride and satisfaction for a job well done. Basx is a growing company and it offers a chance to grow with them.
