I've been living at Avalon Esterra Park since June 2018 for more than 2.5 years now across three different apartments - 1 2-bedroom and 2 studios and across both the buildings here. The reason I chose to stick around for so long, and continue to do so is because of how well maintained everything here is and the wonderful people who work here from the maintenance whose turn around is very low and who always get the job done to Jonathan who is the Sales and Service Supervisor who has been exceptionally professional, very friendly and helped make my stay and move-in and out of each apartment hassle-free and smooth and always made sure to answer and address the numerous concerns and questions I have had over the years. The gym, pool, and all community areas are very well maintained and everyone working here has followed the highest of health standards during this pandemic. The apartments themselves are classy with nice finishes and each time I move to an apartment, I find myself feeling like it's a new one. The package delivery system through Parcel Pending works well and I have had more than 500 packages delivered without a single missing one. Since I have moved apartments a number of times, I can also specifically attest to the fact that the only move-out charges I get, are ones that are for legitimate and totally valid reasons. And even when I sign the lease, I am thoroughly explained what kind of charges are possible and why these could happen and how much they would cost. Overall it's been a great experience living here!

I've been a tenant at the Avalon apartments for over 2 years now. Recently moved from CA to WA and I was able to transfer my lease without any difficulties. I have to say, I feel so lucky to now live at the Avalon Esterra Park community. Not only having a beautiful apartment but also having phenomenal management on board, I truly love John and Shannon Epler, always going above and beyond to make my husband and I feel taken care of.
We moved in during COVID time and it was really easy to communicate with the team! Also, the maintenance team is very professional, as soon as you place a request, Alex will come in and fix everything.
I moved in 2 years ago in Avalon Esterra Park. The staff is excellent. They are very professional. They go the extra mile to ensure the high standard of living, cleanliness, and cozy comfort for all tenants. I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. Chris Gilman, Community Manager, keeps the community running well like a fine-tuned machine. They almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are incredibly efficient!. Everyone here is courteous. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, safe, and happy home. I wish I had more than only 5 stars for them.
