The reps at Redmond at&t were great they got me alot of accessories for next to nothing in price
I worked with heather. When we came in we were the only 2 people in the store and heather the only associate. The other associate was on a lunch break. Within 10 minutes of heather helping us, her store became packed with people, phone calls like crazy, people causing alarms to go off. And she, by herself, helped us with top shelf customer service, as well as answering phones and assisting other customers as she could. I was baffled by her ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
Very bad response from this store about my issues with my bill! Not recommended!! At all biggest mistake switching and using this store. Very unhappy !!
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Tanner made sure all questions answered and that I had everything I needed before leaving the store.
