I bought a gift card here the other day & was treated like a criminal for it. I had gone to Walmart to buy a gift card as a thank-you for a friend, along with a few other random items. When I let the checker know the amount to load onto the gift card, she looked me straight in the eye & literally asked me, \Why are you buying this?\ Her tone & demeanor was authoritative & condescending. I felt like a child who had done something wrong. Plus I don't think I've ever in my life been asked by a checker WHY I was buying something. It felt invasive & inappropriate. It caught me completely off guard, and I blurted out, \It's a gift card for someone.\ (Obviously.) She then proceeded to ask me if anyone had requested that I purchase the gift card & give it to them in exchange for goods (which, I believe, should have been what she led with, rather than the off-putting \Why are you buying this?\) After I assured her that no, I was not involved in anything of that nature, she proceeded to more or less scold me (again, as if I'm a child -- I'm 35) & let me know that if you want to buy a gift card from Walmart, you're supposed to do it in a special area of the store dedicated to money services, not in a regular checkout line. I have purchased dozens of gift cards from various Walmart stores over the years. I have always stood in a regular checkout line & purchased it right along with the rest of my items. I have never, not once, been told that that wasn't the correct way to do it (until now). Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Walmart. Not only do I not appreciate being treated like a criminal/child for SPENDING my money, but I have always hated this Walmart. It's the worst one in proximity to me. The layout is awful, you can never find anything, and the employees are exactly what you would expect Walmart employees to be. . . awful as well.

Very rude customer service in the clothing area I asked if I can try on a shirt and the rude employee told me No! That's why the took all the mirrors down ! Ok how was I supposed to know. Customer Service is key if I'm spending my hard working money here, at least speak to me with kindness.

Over crowded (social distancing people??), people do not wear masks correctly, lines are long and take forever, aisles feel like they are squeezed next to each other. I just want to walk out immediately.
