FALSELY underestimated the job, so that their company was chosen. But cunningly made up their profits by charging several hundred thousands in the middle of the job- when there was no way for the consumer to change contractors. The biggest warning would be to WATCH THE MERCHANDISE given to you. What was listed in the contract was switched in our house to cheaper/lower quality materials. We do not want the wool to be pulled over another lamb's eyes by this contstruction company.
