Everything is great except for our garage getting broken into less then a month after we moved in. We have spoken with neighbors and a couple had the same thing happen to them. Apartments acted like nothing happened... no apology or resolution offered

It has been 3 months now and it’s still comforting living here. Quiet area and friendly residence. Location makes it better as well with just a walk around the corner. Just hoping to enjoy the amenities again.

I love living at The Summit! From my first visit to check out the property to my move in date the staff has been nothing short of amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of the office staff. The property is beautiful and the apartments are state of the art modern. I rate my experience so far as an A. I’m proud to be a member of the Summit family!
Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessionalism during the simple application process. There is a lot of "bait and switch” and they failed to uphold their application process terms. Please fix this, I hate leaving poor reviews. I want to warn others who may be locked in and wake up to a rude awakening. *posting an update: Management did follow up with me which is appreciated.

I love these new and modern apartments. The WiFi and cable service is Spectrum so I still get to watch my Dodgers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. I also love the state of the art gym.
Amazing place to live! Everything you need in one complex! Lived here a month and already the best place iv lived.
