Every time that I order from The Prep Table is a good day! The quality of their produce and all other ingredients is great! The produce lasts much longer than that you get at a grocery store! You can't go wrong with any of their meals either. You are sure to find something for everyone! In my last order there were a few items missed. I called and they delivered what was missing minutes later! Some of the best customer service in this industry! Also buying local and supporting local farms/businesses is a huge plus!!!

Bought some meal kits. My husband, who has such a strong disdain for my cooking that he refuses to eat leftovers, was so impressed that he took a picture of the food I made AND ate the leftovers. This one is the Mexican Shrimp Skillet. The ingredients were thoughtfully packaged and labeled, and the instructions were really easy to follow. Also, the servings are very generous. The picture I'm sharing shows one serving, and there were enough ingredients for three other servings. Buy the kits, impress your friends.

Usually this place is so good about not missing anything on your orders. I ordered the bread pudding kit and the eggs (main ingredient), raisins, and powder sugar were all left out of my order. I had to go to the store and procure those ingredients late at night before I could even start cooking. The kit is already expensive enough without having to she'll out more for main ingredients. And the website leaves you no place to email or contact customer service and their phones don't have the capability to record messages. Very sloppy customer service. Will have to call them back during business hours, while I'm at work, to see how they're going to make up for this massive oversight. Very disappointing after being a customer for years.

This was a very nice meal. We visited after a not so pleasing Dr visit at the Loma Linda V.A., not too far away. The meal was fresh, and Delicious. I would recommend the turkey and cranberry sandwich on squaw bread...lovely. My daughter got the warmed roast beef on sourdough... Also delightful! Just two lady veterans enjoying a pleasant afternoon outside social distancing on their patio. All-in-all, we would both do again.

I shop here constantly and have for many years at the other location. Tried too many things to list but everthing is fabulous and customer service is great! Their potato leek soup is something I can't live without and even a available prepared and frozen! Yum! Tried the single serve meal and I got two meals out of it. Do check your list of ingredients thoroughly though because I occasionally have had an item missing. They always rectify quickly. I can't recommend The Prep Table enough!

The Prep Table has saved me endless hours in the kitchen, provided my family with the freshest produce that could only be beat if I grew or picked it from the land. I spend similar to the grocery store yet there are no processed foods, buckets of salt or sugar added. Since I don't have to shop in store and the prep part is already done for me I get to save about seven hours a week to utilize doing something else. Thank you all!

SUMMARY: It's like Blue Apron or Plated, but local and fresh. It's just like their website says: Ready to cook meals with the freshest ingredients! Ok, so you want to cook at home more, but you're not sure what or how to cook. Plus it's a pain to go out and buy all the ingredients. That's where Prep Table comes in. You order what you want, and they prep all the food for you, cutting the proteins and vegetables to just the right size, all ready to cook. And they give you the instructions. Order online, pick up at this store, take it home, and most meals should be ready within 30 minutes. Even if you already cook a lot at home but just want to try something new, these guys can help. Lots of meal ideas to choose from. They have a section for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free, as well as vegetable and/or fruit party platters. PLUS, they have many dried fruits and veggies, various olive oils and balsamic vinegars, salsa, sauce, and other goodies. See photos.
