I’ve lived here for 3 years I still do. I have a one bedroom it’s remodeled pretty nice. It’s a pretty quiet place to live. The office staff is cool the manager Robert has always been good and the maintenance guys get stuff done pretty fast. I read the other reviews I’ve never seen or heard anyone breaking into anything. My lease just ended I’m doing month to month now do to Idk where my job is going to place me it’s alittle more but I don’t mind. Overall I’ve had a good experience living here

STAY AWAY. LOTS OF THEFT. I LIVED AT TESORO FOR A FEW MONTHS AND MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA CAMRY HAD ALL THE WHEELS STOLEN OVERNIGHT. ALSO THE A/C UNITS ARE OLD BREAK DOWN A LOT.
I live here currently. I haven't had any major problems. They have been attentive when I've had concerns. Props to one of the maintenance guys. He personally ran some homeless person off of my porch when I was at work. That's going above and beyond. It would be nice if they'd update some of the appliances. My stove is older than me, I think. I only moved here because my daughter is a senior and it was the only apartment complex close to her school.
I've lived here almost a year and haven't had any problems. It's been fairly quiet and management has been helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests have been promptly handled. The neighbors are friendly. A pleasant living experience
The place stays really cool during summer. We don’t even turn on A/C! And we can report repair issues on the app and it’s fixed within a day
