Don’t order online. My experience is that online orders are not managed well enough with any priority or schedule organisation compared with in-store customers. I ordered online at 5:20pm from nearby shopping. My order was confirmed for pick up at 5:37pm. I got there at 5:30pm because I had ordered a blended, frozen drink and I didn’t want it to melt if it was ready earlier. I got a notice that my order was ready for pick up at 5:40pm. When I went to the pick-up counter, I was informed that it would be 5-10mins late as they “may have promised me the wrong pick up time.” My drink was prepared and provided at 6:00pm. From 5:30-6:00pm, I watched about 20 in-store customers get their orders taken and served before me and a few other frustrated, online customers cancel their orders due to order delays. Be aware to manage your expectations.
I'm a sucker for tea. This establishment has a large variety to choose from, they are also willing to accommodate and make changes to your choice of drink.
When I discovered this location for the first time I was excited to try their drinks. The customer service has always been good in my book because the employees answer any/all of my questions. I love their menu and how it can be customized to your preference. I recently bought a strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly & ice cream on top and a thai tea ice blended without pearl (100% sugar on both) I love thai tea but hate the artificial flavorings almost all boba joints use. Im not sure if ShareTeas thai tea contains those bad ingredients but I thought the blended version was delicous. Oh yeah and they give you a stamp card to use everytime you purchase!
This place is AMAZING. Cozy, quiet but also lively and fun. Service is always quick and reasonable... Never had any sort of problem and the restroom is always clean and well maintained. The seating is nice with charging ports available by the window and a nice couch and other seating plus outdoor seating. Always nice to come here and just enjoy some nice Tea alone or with others. Highly recommend the classic pearl milk tea with boba. Also, the ability to customize the sweetness and iciness is a huge selling point for me. Some other places don't include that option!
Great tasting Taro Pearl Milk Tea, just the long wait turned me off of this place
Been here twice and I'm pretty impressed by their MANY drink options. I'm even more impressed that their prices aren't overpriced like handfuls of other Boba places I've visited since moving to the area. I ordered the same drink as I did my first time here, a winter melon lemonade (I'm a big winter melon drink fan). Super yummy. Reasoning for only 4 stars is because it didn't taste the same as it did the first time. The drink was a lot more on the lemonade side rather the winter melon side when I did ask for the winter lemon to be a little stronger. The worker said that it was a strong flavor so I'm guessing he discarded my request in assumptions that I didn't know what wintermelon taste like. All in all, good drinks and good pricing.
Flavorless. Taste like water and boba.... the Powder they used for my taro drink was barley a scoop.
