The interlock device itself works fine. The customer service is horrible! I had my vehicle broken into and among the items taken was the Lowcost Interlock device. I called for days and kept getting a recording to leave a phone number and someone would call me. I finally was able to talk to someone they said I had to talk to someone else in customer service and was transferred yet again to a recording and told to leave a phone number they would call me back on. Needless to say no one called for days. Then when they did they said they would have to try and connect me to someone who handles that. They blamed their incompetence on COVID 19 yet they still claim in their advertising they are a 24/7 company who answers their calls and does not out source. They should rethink that decision as well as fire their CEO and everyone in Customer Service. Horrible company!

I am very pleased with how fair and helpful with moving the payment to where I would not get a bank fee. Calvin was a great help in making this happen. Low Cost does care about their customers, and it shows by their great customer service.

Suli was the most helpful representative I have worked with throughout this 8 month process. I had multiple issues during my first 2 months of this device not understanding how air fresheners and perfume could impact and violate me during the process. When I called about these issues previous agents were rude and unhelpful making me feel like a bad person when I didn’t do anything wrong. I will say that despite how this happened I have learned a lot during this process. Suli however was the most genuine, caring and kind person I worked with throughout my experience with your company. She is truly an asset and I am grateful for her help. Though I will not be a returning customer I hope my feedback matters. Kind Regards,

Obsessively Loud

Terrible customer service. If you want a interlock system put on the car, they are pushy and will do anything to get you too put one on your car. If you want one removed, well good luck with that. The company is only willing to get one put on your car and after that they are extremely difficult to the point of insanity to get the dam thing removed. If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Good luck if you choose to go with this company.

Don’t use on a BMW. I had electrical problems and had to jumpstart my car everyday after work. I know it’s my fault that I had a DUI and the device was part of my restricted license but damn it messed up my car. I just sold my car afterwards for 2000 I didn’t want to pay for repairs. I had an interlock device 2 years prior with no problems ever. Different company!
