Received a call from Christina to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment but asked if I could be placed on cancellation call list but it seemed like she had no idea what that even was. So I explained what it was and her response was “Sir, I wouldn’t have any way to let you know because I don’t get notifications for that.” She just seems completely lost and may need a bit more training in that department just to minimize any future confusion.
I've never had an issue here. Every person I've interacted with for the past several years have been phenomenal. They took great consideration and care for my combat injuries.
Ask me why I want to speak to my psychiatrist??? A telephone operator???? Who do they think they are?? Trying to deny access to or impeding access is illegal. Asked personal information is absolutely forbidden by Federal law.
