Paid for extra piece, asked before leaving to insure that we got the extra piece. Got home no extra piece. Happen the last 2 times. Not going back. Who wants to go back to the drive in. They did not credit our account any of the times.

Fairly quick in and out. Food is standard, nothing to dream about. Green beans were almost like canned. Biscuits were great.

The wait here for supper time is as expected. Takes awhile. The service is always great but the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because every single time I come here, they never have extra crispy chicken. I always get the same answer, 35 minute wait. I come here a lot and it seems around dinner time, they run out quick. So, I would advise to plan ahead.

It's rare to have such a short experience that can leave such a bad taste in your mouth. It's hard to mess up a 5 Famous Bowl fill-up and 6 piece chicken tenders, but not impossible apparently. Not only did they forget the cookie that comes with the meal and any sauces requested, they also forwent a straw, napkins, and eating utensils. Why did we need a plastic bag and paper bag for only two items??
