I could be biased because I work here...so technically I have two reviews. 1 - I used to be employed in City Government. During my tenure at the City of Hemet (2005-2007 as an Assistant Engineer and 2015-2016 as City Engineer) I retained the services of ERSC as a consultant to perform on-call engineering work as well as plan check work. The work performed was always excellent and the rates were very reasonable compared to similar sized firms. They truly became part of our team and were integral in the work we did. 2 - I am now the Director of Engineer for the company, and cannot say there is a better place to work. We have a great group of Engineers, Technical Professionals and Administrative Staff. The owner of the company and all of his family (because this is a family affair) are great people who care deeply for their employees and are focused on growth of the company. The work environment is more casual than the traditional engineering firm (in the office) and makes work challenging yet fun. We have a great group of young engineers and are always looking for the next new person to join our team...could that be you?
